Mr. Gordon Fisher, also known as Gord, has been the Executive Vice President of Reader Revenue and Manufacturing at Postmedia Network Canada Corp. since August 2015. Mr. Fisher has been President of National Post at Postmedia Network Canada Corp. since March 2015. Mr. Fisher has been the President and Publisher at Pacific Newspaper Group, Inc., and Postmedia Network Canada Corp. since January 28, 2013. He served as Canadian Newspaper Director of The Alliance for Audited Media.
Mr. Fisher served as the Executive Vice President of Eastern Canada at Postmedia Network Canada Corp. since July 2010 until January 2013. Mr. Fisher served as the President of National Post Inc. and Executive Vice President of Eastern Canada at Postmedia Network Inc. since July 2010. He served as President of News and Information of CanWest Canadian Media at CanWest Global Communications Corp. since May 1, 2003 and served as its Publisher. Mr. Fisher is a Newspaper veteran of more than 30 years. Previously, he served as Publisher of National Post and Interim Publisher of the Ottawa Citizen.
Mr. Fisher served at National Post from its inception, as Associate publisher and Chief Operating Officer and Publisher. He served as Managing Editor at the Vancouver Sun. He served as Vice-President of Editorial for Southam Publications; Publisher of Kingston Whig-Standard, General-Manager of Ottawa Citizen and Editor-in-Chief of the Ottawa Citizen. He has also served in a number of other editorial roles in various cities across Canada including Managing Editor of the Vancouver Sun. He serves as a Director of The Alliance for Audited Media.

Nancy is the CEO of MacKay CEO Forums, the results-focused, peer learning organization for CEOs and Top Executives she founded in 1999. Nancy is a highly regarded and sought after leader who specializes in accelerating CEO performance. Nancy is also a published author, Peer Group Chair, CEO coach and dynamic keynote speaker. Passionate about helping CEOs and their companies accelerate performance.
Nancy and her team now have hundreds of members participating in world class peer groups across Canada.
Nancy began bringing her CEO clients together in peer learning groups and the success of these groups resulted in her needing to recruit and develop a team of trusted advisors to help grow her vision and business. From across Canada, she has put together a talented and successful group of trusted advisors and business leaders to join her team. MacKay CEO Forums now operates forums across Canada.
Nancy is recognized as a World Class Consultant and in 2008 she was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women. Nancy co-authored the book “The Talent Advantage” by Wiley Publishing and continues to share her insights and ideas through publications like “The CEO Edge”, a monthly newsletter. As well, she is an admired and respected business author writing current and thought provoking articles for major business magazines.
Nancy got her start as a University professor teaching in the business faculty of several universities including Simon Fraser University, University of Waterloo and Lincoln University in New Zealand. She holds a Masters degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo and a Ph.D. in Business from Canterbury University in New Zealand.
Nancy is on the board of Partnerships for a Drug Free Canada, and a member of the Business Laureates of BC Hall of Fame Gala Cabinet.
Nancy resides in North Vancouver, BC and is actively involved in her community with her husband and business partner Robert. They are happily married and have two children.

David Ossip is Ceridian’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is the driving force behind the innovation, vision and leadership at Ceridian, one of the fastest growing Human Capital Management technology companies.
In 2012, Ceridian acquired Dayforce, a highly successful cloud company founded by David. As President of Ceridian Dayforce, David began the transformation and renewal of Ceridian with focus on the Dayforce HCM offering. In 2013, David became the CEO of Ceridian and in 2015, Ceridian’s Chairman. David was recently named as one of the top CEOs by Glassdoor, and Ceridian one of the Best Places to Work in 2016.
David also serves as Chairman of LifeWorks, an employee engagement company, offering an industry-first mobile Employee Engagement Platform, alongside wellness expertise to more than 15 million users in the US, Canada and the UK.
David previously founded Workbrain, where he served as CEO and President. During his tenure at Workbrain, David was recognized with many awards for his leadership, including being named twice to Canada’s Best 50 Managed Companies, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Arthur Kroeger College Award for Management, as well as a nationally awarded Special Citation for Technology Innovation.
He was most recently named a 2015 HRO Today Superstar Provider for demonstrating forward-thinking and transformative actions in the field of HR.
David holds a B.A. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
